Bonna Night

Bonfire night in Cork City, St. John’s Eve on the 23 rd of June is the last pagan ritual in our cities. They are no longer permitted. This is an ode to that night and invokes a feeling of Summer, wildness, smoke and excitement. Mountains of rubble are built up for these Bonnas. It is a great way to clear out the house. Plumes of smoke rise above the city as you go from Bonna to Bonna. This artwork is a classic from Noonan’s buildings near Bandon Road in Cork City.

This is a high-quality print of my original painting.
These are gíclee prints of my favourite landscape paintings from West Kerry.
My paintings are photographed well and printed onto textured paper with inkjets. They will not fade under sunlight and their colour will last a lifetime.  The colour and quality are excellent. They have the look of an original painting on high-quality paper.
Each print is hand-signed by me and comes with a white border ready to be framed. You can also email me if you want it in another size. I am happy to help.
